Dagny vs Claude

If you love Claude, we get it: it is brilliant. But a business should not have to bet on one lab. Dagny is model agnostic, using whichever frontier model is best for each job, this month and the next, so you never re-tool when the leaderboard flips.

What Claude does well

Best-in-class writing and reasoning, memory on every plan, projects, and integrations that read your Gmail and manage your calendar. Claude Cowork brings agentic file work to your desktop and phone. As a thinking partner, it is hard to beat.

Where Dagny is different

The quiet risk in picking a model chat is that the frontier moves every few months, and your workflows stay where you built them. Dagny makes that not your problem: she routes each task to whichever model does it best and swaps quietly as they improve, while the part you actually depend on, her memory of your business, her connectors, her follow-through, stays put. Claude also stops at the draft in your inbox; Dagny drafts, gets your yes, sends, and chases the reply. Anthropic's Slack teammate is a separate product, Claude Tag, compared on its own page.

Common questions

What models does Dagny run on?
Dagny is model agnostic. She routes each task to whichever frontier model suits it best and swaps as the frontier moves. You never manage that; you just get the work.
Can Claude send emails?
No. Claude's Gmail integration is read-and-draft only, so the draft waits in your outbox. Dagny drafts the email, gets your approval, sends it, and tracks the reply.
Should I use Claude or Dagny?
Both, comfortably. Claude is a brilliant assistant for your own thinking and writing. Dagny is a teammate for the business: she acts across your tools and channels and remembers the whole company, not just your chats.

However you compare, two things stay true. Dagny works with you in the loop: she drafts, you approve, she sends, and nothing reaches a customer without your yes. And behind her there are people. Our team is a message away whenever you want a human.
